On this day, I was introduced to Jesus Christ, and everyone I know was there to see the blank look on my face. Then someone poured water on my head and suddenly, I felt free! Hallelujah! Amen!
I haven’t learned any of the fancy words my big brother and sister use, but that’s not stopping me from speaking my mind. After all, I have a lot to say!
Everywhere I go people are only taking pictures of my face and my feet. Its almost as if I don’t have other body parts. Anyway, here are my favorites…
So, this is Christmas, my very first. First impressions? Well, it was colorful and fun… for the 10 minutes I was awake for it. I took a nice bath, got lots of hugs and kisses from my family, and made sure to leave my mommy quite a few presents as well.
Today, I entered the real world and discovered that something has been hidden from me for quite some time. Gazing for the first time at my mama, the one who has been carrying me around for the last 9 months, I see now in her that beautiful face in my own. And I wonder what else this amazing world will reveal. Only time will tell I suppose. And just like the petals of a rose, one will reveal the next and then the next….
